Bishop's Message: "If it Aint Broke, Don't Fix It."11/05/2011 - 9:49pm I must admit something about myself. I am an “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” kind of guy. If I have a favorite restaurant, I have the tendency to want to order the same meal repeatedly. My rationale is that if I order something new, it might not be as good as what I have been ordering. Because of this tendency, I have always wanted creative people around me, people that are not likely to get stuck in a rut. That keeps me on the cutting edge of what I am doing.
