Ministry Partners
A Ministry Partner is a parish or congregation that meets the criteria for membership and desires to be in relationship with The Diocese of Western Anglicans, however, is prevented from or chooses not to become a member of Western Anglicans. This condition may be a result of a) a potential ecclesiastical conflict; or b) is not under the cover of a member of Common Cause Partnership or a province of The Worldwide Anglican Communion. In either case, the Ministry Partner shall hold to the belief of "one holy catholic and apostolic Church" and ascribe to the truth that holy scriptures contain all doctrine required as necessary for eternal salvation through faith in Jesus Christ.
A Ministry Partner may request pastoral or clerical assistance from the Diocese of Western Anglicans when such assistance is not readily available through their ministry order. Ministry Partners have no financial obligation to the Diocese but must actively participate in at least one of the Diocese's ministries. Ministry Partners may also send observers to participate in the House of Delegate meetings and may be members of the Diocese's various committees and task groups; however, as observers, Ministry Partners have no vote on any matter before the House of Delegates.
